During the COVID-19 outbreak, the following help and resources are available for Tyler students to supplement in-person services at the Tyler Libraries. Please continue to check the college's website on the COVID-19 changes. https://www.jtcc.edu/about/safety-security/covid-19/
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, a librarian is waiting online to answer your questions in a personal, confidential chat.
Connect directly with the Tyler Libraries through the Ask-a-Librarian chat Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. After this time, you can still chat with a librarian, but it may be a librarian from another VCCS college or academic institution. If you want to connect with the Tyler Libraries outside of these hours, please make an appointment.
The Tyler Library has created a guide related to the COVID-19 pandemic and changes to library and college services. Please visit the COVID-19 Guide for information on library and college services, students resources, faculty resources, and other general information to assist the Tyler community. https://jtcc.libguides.com/COVID-19 This page will be continuously adding information as it becomes available.
