Borrowing Privileges at Local Libraries: the Richmond Area Library Consortium (RALC)

Through an agreement with the Richmond Area Library Consortium (RALC) , you have in-person borrowing privileges at many local libraries. To obtain a pass to borrow materials from participating libraries, please visit the John Tyler Libraries' information desks. The following libraries participate in RALC:

Borrowing Privileges at Virginia Academic Libraries: the Virtual Library of Virginia (VIVA)

JTCC Library is a member of the Cooperative Borrowing Program of VIVA, the Virtual Library of Virginia . You can request to borrow materials on-site from any participating library.
