Need help with your research or using library services? JTCC Library offers several ways to get in touch.

The Tyler Libraries are available on the chat service on Monday - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. After these times, you can still chat with a librarian, but it may be a librarian from another VCCS college or academic institution. If you want to connect with the Tyler Libraries outside of these hours, please make an appointment.

Schedule a research consultation with a librarian by submitting a request using the button below. The Tyler Libraries' librarians are available by appointment, Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.. We will also accommodate appointments outside of these times.

Walk-In Assistance

During the COVID-19 outbreak, the Tyler Library is closed to the public (including staff and students).  Research assistance can be offered remotely during this time.
