Outside of these hours, texts will be answered the next business day. After the Tyler staff hours, chat librarians may be with the VCCS or other academic institutions. If they are unable to assist, follow-up tickets will be sent to the Tyler Libraries.

The Tyler Libraries are available on the chat service on Monday - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. After these times, you can still chat with a librarian, but it may be a librarian from another VCCS college or academic institution. If you want to connect with the Tyler Libraries outside of these hours, please make an appointment.
