The Tyler Libraries are available for direct messaging and video conferencing through this chat service from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Outside of these times, the responding librarian may be from another VCCS college or academic institution. These librarians have access to the Tyler Libraries’ collections and will refer questions to the Tyler librarians for follow-up if needed.

During the COVID-19 closures, the Tyler Libraries will be offering loan for technology devices. The libraries offer the following devices for loan:
Loan periods vary based on the type of device, availability of devices, and class schedule. Placing a request does not guarantee a loan for the requested device(s). The Tyler Libraries will honor all requests within the technology/device capabilities and supply.
Articles can be requested via the library’s online Interlibrary loan form. No physical materials (books or DVDs) can be requested at this time.

The Tyler Libraries are able to provide support for instructors through various methods.
